The Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN was established in 1997 until 31st of December 2026r. It is a dispersed Zone, located in 21 subzones with individual investment areas. The total area of the Zone amounts to 1 722.31 ha.

TSEZ EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN consists of investment areas located in:

  2. Stalowa Wola - 283.03 ha
  3. Nowa Dęba - 113.60 ha
  4. Staszów - 104.12 ha
  5. Radom - 210.08 ha
  6. Jasło - 61.03 ha
  7. Wrocław - Kobierzyce - 410.68 ha
  8. Przemyśl - 81.49 ha
  9. Tomaszów Lubelski - 10.56 ha
  10. Janów Lubelski - 18.51 ha
  11. Siedlce - 65.40 ha
  12. Łuków - 40.49 ha
  13. Węgrów - 29.33 ha
  14. Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą - 15.13 ha
  15. Kraśnik - 23.48 ha
  16. Przasnysz - 55.07 ha
  17. Horodło - 5.30 ha
  18. Ryki - 4.45 ha
  19. Łapy - 11.95 ha
  20. Mińsk Mazowiecki - 5.78 ha
  21. Opatów - 5.76 ha

At the moment TSEZ offers 568,31 ha of available "green field" land prepared for potential investors with several dozen production halls and office buildings. TSEZ offers investors public aid in the form of tax exemptions even covering up to 70% of total investment outlays. TSEZ regulations are in full compliance with the EU regulations and the Zone offers prices, which are the lowest in Poland and still are available for further negotiations.

To the date, TSEZ has granted 294 permits for business activity. The investors have created over 19 948 jobs and invested more then PLN 8.18 billion.
